The SchaperDaux platform
The digital product I built for SchaperDaux with Lovable and Supabase. One app with three parts that work together.
I co-founded SchaperDaux, an embroidery and printing company near Berlin, and over the years I built its whole digital product. A catalog app, a custom CRM, an AI agent system, automated quoting and more than 100 online shops and websites. All of that led me to this application, and I would love to continue my journey as an AI Product Builder with the n8n team.
I co-founded SchaperDaux together with my family more than seven years ago. It was an embroidery and printing company for clubs, teams and businesses. For a long time my days were all about customers, orders and keeping everything running smoothly.
Somewhere along the way I fell in love with building the product itself. So I taught myself, and then I built a lot. A product catalog app for our customers, a custom CRM, an AI agent system that handled emails, quotes and bookkeeping, a quote generator that read embroidery files, and more than 100 online shops and websites for clubs, teams and businesses. Most of it I built with AI-native tools like Claude Code, Lovable and Supabase.
Before all of that I studied International Business and Entrepreneurship, and I spent a few years in online marketing, most recently at Codefellas. Together with years of customer support, that completed how I see a product. I can look at it from the customer's side, from the market's side, and from the side of what a business can actually execute well.
Now I would love to keep doing the part I love most, building AI products, and to do it with a team, inside a larger company with a bigger vision.

Birger Krah · Geschäftsführer, Codefellas UG
Almost everything here I built for SchaperDaux, the company I co-founded. It was my real playground for building AI products, and it is the work I am proudest of.
The digital product I built for SchaperDaux with Lovable and Supabase. One app with three parts that work together.
A multi-agent system I built to run the recurring work at SchaperDaux. Specialized agents each own an area, from customer emails and quotes to bookkeeping, scraping and sales material, backed by deterministic scripts and one shared knowledge base. It follows a rule I really believe in. The AI decides, the scripts do the actual execution, and that is what keeps it reliable.
I set up and ran more than 100 branded online shops and websites for sports clubs, teams and businesses, WordPress sites among them. A guided onboarding flow turned a long manual setup into a few clear steps.
An n8n workflow I built. A customer email comes in, a Claude agent drafts a full reply from an FAQ knowledge base, a human approves every draft before it goes out, and if the AI is unsure it escalates to the team instead of guessing.
Structured knowledge bases the AI agents read from, built like an Obsidian brain. One organised source of truth for the company instead of scattered notes, and the kind of context engineering Andrej Karpathy talks about, giving the AI the right knowledge to work from.
n8n is already one of my tools. It is what I reach for when I want an idea to just run, like the little automation that drafts replies to standard inquiries. So applying here does not feel like a jump. It feels like moving closer to the work I already love.
I have built real AI products with real users. I have felt what breaks and learned how to fix it, and I know what trustworthy AI feels like inside a product. As a co-founder I saw the whole picture at once, the customer side and the company side, and how the work connects across departments. Running SchaperDaux also made me very organized and self-reliant, someone who can structure her own work and keep it moving on her own, and who still loves doing it inside a team. I know what a customer needs, and I also know how to build that into a company so it really works.
I also really care about the people side. I like being close to my team and close to the customers. Years of customer support taught me to listen well and to hear what someone needs underneath what they ask for. I think that is where good products come from.
So this is me, genuinely hoping to join the n8n team and help build AI that people can understand and trust.
